Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) 2020 Fellowship

The Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) 2020 Fellowship supports and connects young entrepreneurs across the Western Hemisphere to take on leadership roles that benefit their communities and strengthen their economies. YLAI provides participants aged 25 to 25, with opportunities, skills, and networks that help each other to transform their communities.

YLAI addresses the opportunity gap for youth, especially women, by empowering business and social entrepreneurs with the training, tools, networks and resources they need to transform their societies and contribute more fully to economic development and prosperity, security, human rights and good governance in the hemisphere.

Since the initiative’s launch in 2015, more than 750 YLAI Professional Fellows from Latin America and the Caribbean have expanded their leadership and entrepreneurial experience through fellowships at businesses and organizations across the United States.

This is the first time the program is open to Canadians.
