MIDAS Lab is a partnership between KAST and industry partner Fenix Advanced Materials, which produces high-purity metals for the semiconductor market. MIDAS Lab is a $2 million dollar undertaking funded by the Government of Canada, through the Western Economic Diversification Program; Columbia Basin Trust; Community Futures of Greater Trail; and the BC Provincial Government through Innovate BC.
