KAST Youth BiodiversiTV: Highlighting Kootenay Biodiversity with a STEAM + Careers Lens

Build skills, discover passions through interactive play and learn about fields in science, tech innovation and entrepreneurship.

This month-long, annual contest invites Kootenay students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 to imagine, design and illustrate a “contraption” that solves a problem.

Quantum Leaps is an annual STEAM & Leadership conference celebrating innovation and expertise of local women in science and technology. This speaker social event is for all youth, ages 10-30, expanding exposure of the indispensable contributions to STEM by Kootenay women.
