Katie is a professional engineer with a background in industry and management at Procter & Gamble. After her time at P&G, she moved to the Kootenays and co-founded two innovation-driven companies. She later served as CEO of the Kootenay Rockies Innovation Council (KRIC), now merged with KAST. For the past 15 years, through her firm—Turning Point Business Advisory Services Inc.—Katie has supported entrepreneurs and purpose-driven organizations (including KAST!)  in building strong financial foundations and turning vision into reality through coaching, strategic finance, and systems planning.

Based in Invermere, Katie is passionate about community, meaningful change, and spending time outdoors in the Kootenays.
